Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is the founder of R.A.M. Electric, which focuses on residential work. A proud graduate of West Jordan High School, Ryan started his career in 1997. He joined the IEC three years ago to stay informed about industry changes, and he’s now a passionate advocate for the association. Ryan’s belief in the power of education extends to his employees, encouraging them to aim for their Master Electrician license. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys off-roading, backpacking, and spending time with his wife and 9 children—3 biological, 3 adopted, and 3 from his marriage—and his 9 grandchildren.
