Darren Bolingbroke

Darren Bolingbroke is the founder and owner of X3, a successful staffing company offering consulting solutions to contractors. His journey into the staffing industry began in 1999 after a decade in the sporting goods industry. Darren’s commitment to the IEC of Utah spans over two decades, where he has been a Board Member since 2004. He serves as the Board Liaison for the Apprentice Committee and is passionate about giving back to the industry. Outside of work, Darren enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and staying active. A proud father of three and a grandparent to two, Darren also enjoys time spent outdoors and staying fit.
