New Apprentice Information submission

NEW Students

Use the form below to submit your Apprentice information. Within a few days of submitting your Apprentice Information, you will be emiled an invoice for payment. Payment of invoice is the completion of your registration. You are responsible for invoice payment. If another party will be paying for you, please forward the invoice to them.

Spring 2018 Classes:

  • Online Method (Courses 1A Offset) – Week 1 begins on January 8, 2018.
  • Online Method (1B, 2B, 3B, and 4B) – Week 1 begins on January 8, 2018
  • Classroom Method – All courses begin the week of January 8, 2018. Classes are all 5pm to 9pm.
